How to Get Your Pipeliner CRM Free Trial

Founded in 2007 and Headquartered in California, Pipeliner CRM is a one-of-a-kind customer relationship management (CRM) system that offers businesses better transparency and visibility over their sales process. It is a web-based software application that works on both Windows and Mac, and you can also find it as an app on Android and iOS. It is the perfect tool for any retail business as it also shows companies how to improve their sales process, including lead tracking and generation. Do you plan on using Pipeliner CRM as well? Step 1:

Visit the Pipeliner CRM website and scroll down to learn how the application works and effortlessly manage your sales processes. Also, gain information regarding the application’s management, sales enablement, communication, and reporting features. Once done, return to the home page and click on “Start a Free Trial” to continue with the process.

After clicking on “Start a Free Trial”, you will be redirected to the signup page. As you can see, on the top right corner of the page is the signup form. Enter all important details, which include your first name, last name, email address, password, company name, phone number, the number of salespeople and language. Once done, click on “Download & Start Your Free Trial” and your free trial will begin!

The free trial lasts for 14 days. Hence, If you are satisfied with the software during the trial, you can subscribe to Pipeliner CRM via a monthly package. There is only one package available which will cost you $35 per user monthly with the bill being issued on an annual basis.

  • We have been using Pipeliner for a couple of months now and it is light years ahead of the competition. It is incredibly easy to use, all of our sales team has adopted it and I have a better understanding of our sales pipeline that ever before. As a company that is experiencing rapid growth Pipeliner is a critical part of our management infrastructure. Our sales ops guys have received outstanding support on any issues that we have had and as a company that sells cloud software and professional services it is refreshing to see how well this company is managed. I am actually really excited to attend our weekly sales reviews as they are now focused on action not reporting!!! If you are a company of any size and dropping tons of money on expensive CRM tools and not seeing the results, Pipeliner CRM is for you!!

    Pros : Ease of use, visual interface, & widespread sales personnel adoption, great response times for any issue.

    Cons : Some small administration issues. Nothing major and most of what we have given feedback on is already on the product roadmap for the next release.

  • Pipeliner CRM Use Cases and Deployment ScopePipeliner is our primary CRM for our sales and client success team. We moved from Salesforce.com to Pipeliner as a cost savings as well as looking for a tool that had a more progressive feature set. Of specific interest to us was the visual user interface of the opportunity pipeline and the social media integrations.

    Pros : LinkedIn and other social integrations are great. It is easy to link directly from the CRM to the social channel.The pipeline opportunity view, ability to build custom reports using any filter setting.The Pipeliner team from the CEO, to support, to marketing has been fantastic to deal with. They care about the success of their customers.

    Cons : Our integration from Salesforce.com was a little challenging and we experienced some slow speeds, but much of that was due to the large number of records we were bringing in. In addition, we did not hire Pipeliner support to help us. We did it on our own. Those issues have all been resolved.

  • It was very rewarding to see the evolution from last year to this, and we remain hopeful that they will do the same for the reporting modules to showcase the incredible power of their analytics tools in a way that will benefit users. We definitely look forward to see the next iteration.

    It is really helpful to track your sales opportunities and close more deals. I would recommend this product to anyone.

    Pros :

    • The relationship between contacts, accounts, related accounts is fantastic and with Pipeliner, I can see everything in one place.
    • It is not overwhelming and complex from the start as many other tools are and it is simple to track your sales opportunities, make reports and forecasts.
    • It is really user-friendly and the drag and drop function is really useful.
    • Feeds module help the company to improve team collaboration and social media sync help your sale agents to know better consumer.

    Cons :

    • Pricing was a little bit to high for our market but now they're doing better.

    We use Pipeliner for both customer management ad sales management and analytics. From a sales professionals point of view, the software is very easy to use with color and multiple layouts so they can choose how they would like to see their data.

    Pros :

    • Simple and aesthetically appealing interface.
    • Extensive analytics for sales professionals and all levels of management.
    • Multiple pipelines allow for multiple sales processes in one database.
    • Quick and knowledgeable support from pre-sales, set-up and tech support (if it is even needed).
    • Secure and stable - complies with EU safe harbor rules

    Cons :

    • Pipeliner gives you so many options to see your data, to analyze your data that you need to think strategically and do the customer set-up.
    • Otherwise, one can loose track of time in the amount of data you can analyze.

    I really love using Pipeliner. It has made my life so much easier!andnbsp; The functionality is spot-on. It gives us greater visibility of what is happening per team, per sector, per campaign we are running.andnbsp; It's really easy to use and powerful on the screen in meetings.

    I particularly like being able to jump from view to view and also the velocity option.andnbsp; I find the Navigator really good too, especially for summarising overdue tasks and the upcoming activities bar at the right hand side, makes planning even easier.

    The support is also excellent, my contact Todd is always available for any queries. His knowledge of the tool is first class and he has helpful suggestions to make everything run smoother. Recommended!

    Its visualization capacity lets you know where you are and where you are going. For sales people it is very powerful, most time we get lost in tasks and meetings, and we forget our sales objectives. All data re available for you all the time!

    Pros :

    • Online sinchronization, easy interface, powerful dashboard.
    • Very easy to update and maintain your opportunities. All the screen is useful info, and you get a comprehensive understanding of your evolution, your present, and your future.
    • You can easily respond, what is the next I have to do for my success?

    Cons : Managing leads, accounts and contacts is not easy. Even you can personalize forms, it is not very intuitive the interface.

    Great use for pipeline development. I use this as a Government Contractor to identify and win new business and keep track of potential customers. There are so many beneficial features to speak of, you have to try it to understand.

    Pros :

    • Easy to use once you get the hang of it.
    • Can be accessed on or offline.
    • Dashboards can be modified to tailor use to fit the business development or sales structure of the organization.

    • Requires training to get set up and use to its full potential to get the most benefit.

    If you like the process of selling, then you'll love Pipeliner. Pipeliner is very fast and intuitive to use. Billed as the world's most visual CRM, Pipeliner is a sales system designed by salespeople - for salespeople focused on achieving sales. The system works, work the system. I invested over three days last year downloading CRM demos, getting CRM demo logins, and being evermore frustrated by what I found. Most of the CRM is logged that were immediately dismissed as too fiddly and bitty.

    Have you ever tried to use a database created by someone who has never sold anything? Exactly. I wish I found Pipeliner first. I could have made some sales with the extra 2 3/4 days…

    Pros :

    • Very fast and easy to use.

    Cons :

    • It is constantly being improved.

    Pipeliner is an amazing visual CRM system that marries ease of use with a powerful sales tool. I love that you are able to visually get a pulse of what your sales pipeline looks like.andnbsp; What’s even better now is the addition of Navigator.

    Navigator is a salesperson’s launching pad where they get a pulse of what activities need to be completed, where they stand against their quota goal, what accounts they should be contacting etc.andnbsp; This makes Pipeliner an integral part to a salesperson success.

    Pros :

    • The new Navigator feature is by far one of the best new features added to Pipeliner.
    • This is their dashboard where you can see where you stand against your goal, who you need to call or email, what accounts have not been contacted in a while etc.
    • This helps to take the guesswork out of who should I call today and why.

    Cons :

    • The mobile app is a bit limited right now. However, the new app should be out in 2-4 weeks which will add a new look and a bunch of new features.
