This is an excellent value Customer Relationship Management tool, previously we used Sugar (CRM) however this was very costly was just too big for us. We just wanted a simple to use CRM that would allow us to track and move customers through the pipeline.andnbsp; This tool allows us to see what stage the lead or customer is and the potential value of the deal. As an administrator, I can quickly see which salesperson is actively using and updating and who is lagging behind. The system is really easy to use and is adaptable to allow us to change titles, deal stages, etc.
Easy to get started with low-cost investment a small start-up business can get started for as little to nothing as long as they are willing to put in a few hours of work. Easy to view and organize interface to see a list of leads, contacts, and companies you are working with. Fairly easy to customize the module fields to input words that are specific to your industry as well as organize it in such a way to be easy to find fields. For example, I have a service based industry and custom fields can include clients, active prospects, non-active customer/prospects, vendors, and much much more. I regularly try to add more fields to sources of leads and clients because I have affiliates to link to. So very easy to customize. If you're just starting up, this is one of the best tools you can invest into, all it takes is some time and if you have some extra money to invest per month you can unlock quite a few more features. I'm in the marketing field, and I always recommend a CRM of sorts including Zoho to clients for a way to organize their customer and contact database, by doing so you can smoother operations, follow up with leads and clients, and easy access to a lot of online video tutorials. You can then grow with Zoho with many add-on services that easily integrates with the main CRM system. andnbsp;
