  • This may not have the potential and power to handle larger companies. But for startups and small businesses, this is a tremendous offering even if it just helps you refine and implement a sales process and system. In my opinion one of the best features is that it more or less forces you to add a new activity as soon as you complete the last task. Which I think is important because it keeps the focus on activity and off getting lucky or hoping the deal closes.

    Pros : - Good interface - Drag and drop - Plenty of features to get started - See pipeline graphs and data easily

    Cons : - Doesn't have a recurring product estimator, only fixed price deals (would be really helpful to know if a deal is positive ROI based on Lifetime Value etc)

  • Pipedrive Use Cases and Deployment ScopePipedrive has allowed us to take our loosely informal sales process and put a solid cloud based framework to it. Pipedrive reduces the number of e-mails related to sales activities by half. Missed or forgotten follow-up is a thing of the past as Pipedrive does not allow you to let things slip. Using Pipedrive doubles your sales efforts...period.

    It's bit hard to sell subscriptions. Reporting does not highlight all of the KPI's we need.

    Our company uses Pipedrive, and we are about to make the switch to Salesforce. Pipedrive was fine when we were a small start-up, but now as we change methods there are lots of changes that we want to make to PD, and the lack of features and accessibility makes it hard to make lots of large changes easily. Instead, we have to individually go in and spend hours fixing details of different leads. It doesn't help either that it's hard to reach customer service and get on the phone with them.

    Pros :

    • Looks nice.
    • Easy to collaborate.

    Cons :

    • Unorganized structure.
    • Hard to reach customer support for help.
