I had high hopes for this CRM, but in the end it falls short. I am looking for a simple, straightforward CRM for my real estate business. They are on to some really good things, but they aren't there yet.
Pros : The interface is clean, simple and attractive. It seems intuitive to learn. The CRM integrates with Google and Twitter, and has mobile apps. One of the most unique features is the ability to log (and record) calls. No additional software is required, I registered my cell number, and simply by clicking a phone number in the program, it uses my cell to place and track the call. There is a main feed that tracks all activities made by the team (which I don't need), and a clear, easy to read dashboar
Cons : The CRM did not like my IMAP email--it took over a week to get it to work. The system also does not pull in emails other than Gmail (which I don't use for business). Email tracking is done via a bcc address. The system also boasts that it has a top-secret method for constantly searching the net to fill in missing information on contacts, yet it can't even find straightforward Facebook profiles. For the price ($20/month) this CRM just doesn't do enough to justify the cost.

What do you like best?
What do you like best?
Simple integration with Google, forces me to enter results of meetings (this is good - everyone else on team needs the info), works on iPhone & iPad, minimal setup. $!0 pp/mo. And lovely, responsive customer service, even to idiot CEOs.
What do you dislike?
Nothing, but then again, I am not used to a lot of bells and whistles that just (for me) complicate what I'm trying to get done.

This is clearly a solid offering in the space and I’ll definitely follow Nutshell over time and see what the future holds. Admittedly, when I evaluate these types of cloud offerings I do a drive-by for a few days and if the curb appeal isn’t there, I move on. As a small consultancy I look for products that can immediately improve my business processes. This one had enough usability issue that made me say “Huh?” that I punted on it for now.
