Therefore, enter your full name, email address, company name, password, and then click on “Create My Account” to start your free trial and efficiently manage your client relationships.

The free trial will expire within 14 days, which means you will not be able to use the software and its features later on. Hence, subscribe to Nimble’s monthly business plan to ensure you can continue to use the software.   • Bought Nimble to replace existing CRM; sought centralized database with smooth Gmail integration, and catch-all for reminders, tasks, to-dos.

    Pros : Good - Very Good Gmail integration. Have fixed some bugs since we onboarded. Great concept

    Cons : Overly complex UI / UX Glitchy in: -add note ("enter" closes note) -Tasks (poor reminder functionality)

  • Nimble Use Cases and Deployment ScopeWe were utilizing Nimble’s Contact Record module, where every contact was seen in rich detail. This enabled us to see the past, present, and future interactions with our clients and prospects.

    Pros : Easy to use contact management.Integrates and captures social media feeds.Re: social media; Nimble has the ability to analyze shared interests (topics, keywords) which can be relevant when communicating with your contacts.Easy to filter and segment your contacts.

    Cons : Need to enhance the mobile app because it only has a subset of functionality.I wish every column in the Contacts view could be sorted and filtered.I wish it could integrate with Office 365 just like Email is.Forecasting functionality.

  • I give them full marks for doing one job very well, but I subtract marks due to their limited offerings. Nimble is a tool, but not a toolbox. They lack of features that are considered standard in a competitive CRM, and their mobile app is hardly a glowing example of its kind. In my opinion, Nimble is good, with the potential to be great. Considering all, I give Nimble my seal of approval. It’s an excellent solution for a specific need. If you need an easier way to manage your social media, but don’t need the bells and whistles of pricier CRM alternatives, then I definitely recommend that you give Nimble a try.
