MethodCRM Use Cases and Deployment ScopeMethod:CRM is used across the company. The sales team uses it for lead tracking, the scheduling department uses it to schedule out technicians and equipment. The accounts receivable department uses it to generate work orders and invoices. Everything is managed through Method. It is used everyday and is what keeps the business moving smoothly.
Pros : Methods integration team was very helpful in getting us set up.Their account management team is great at keeping in touchIf you need something created, they have a highly skilled team to help it become a reality.
Cons : The back end is a little confusing, especially if you are not in it every day.Better self help documents would be a plus.Having to switch/download different programs to generate or create reports or documents is not appealing.

As a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, I have been using Method CRM for several years and recommending it for my clients that want to be able to get to their QuickBooks data easily and customize it to how they want to use it. It is not just a powerful CRM, but a great way to add any additional trackable data. I have also used it as a platform base to create some amazing custom reports.
Pros : The engine that syncs the data between Method CRM and QuickBooks and the web site uptime are very reliable. My clients rarely contact me for support issues.
Cons : Most people don't know how much customization you can do with this app. So, it is strongly recommended to invest in hiring someone knowledgeable to do the design and customization of your data and screens.
As a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor for 10 years, I'm well versed in the needs of the small business community. Method CRM provides a seamless integration with QuickBooks that is painlessly simple. Providing the end-user a completely customizable Customer Relations Manager that will sync all information with email integration and customer portals included. In addition, it allows the company's business processes to be streamlined and customized to fit their individual needs.In a nutshell, you can't find a better add-on for QuickBooks and the entrepreneur.

We've been using MethodCRM for the past 3 years. Prior to that we had experimented with Salesforce and developing our own internal solutions, but nothing we did solved QuickBooks integration. From day one MethodCRM gave us the synchronization we were missing. With its built-in design platform we have created our own custom billing and email marketing solutions. MethodCRM continues to scale as we grow.
