  • Infusionsoft is a very comprehensive product with an extremely powerful marketing automation piece.
    If you want to really take advantage of the marketing automation piece you will need to set aside time to get familiar with it and work with your Infusionsoft coaches.
    If you’re not technical and your marketing requirements are complex it’s likely you will have to hire another consultant after the initial training.
    When you get familiar with tools like Infusionsoft you’ll realize that it’s difficult to run an online business without tools like Infusionsoft.

  • I'm a big fan!

    I've been using Infusionsoft since 2007. It's a great platform to automate your business and marketing efforts.

    Pros : It allows small businesses to scale and operate like a big company without the necessary staff that is usually necessary to grow.

    Cons : It takes time to understand and get deployed. I recommend that you work with an Infusionsoft Certifed Partner (ICP) to help you. https://zenfusion.com

    Flaws and all, Infusionsoft is worth it

    My personal usage of Infusionsoft is 80% email marketing and 20% CRM. Others in the company also make use of the lead scoring (the "funnel" stuff). For me on the e-mail side, I love the automation and the dripping I can do based on behaviors and parameters I set. Infusionsoft has made our out-bound marketing much more effective because we are targeting our audience based on their actions.

    Pros : The "if this, then that" type of follow-up logic makes my life easier. It certainly takes an investment of time on the front-end to create the campaigns, but once set, they can be left to run automatically or perhaps just fine-tuned based on reporting. It's been very exciting to see our efforts with Infusionsoft yield better responses from our audience.

    Cons : Just when you think you understand how to use it and where the critical nodes are, something else comes up. I won't call it "confusionsoft", but It takes time to learn. What I have found is I need to be using the platform every day to really get the hang of it and to realize the value from it. This is especially true where the reporting is concerned. There is gold in the reporting...but it takes time to mine it.

    Excellent

    This is a great product. Although it requires paying attention to details as with anything else, it is fairly easy to learn. It definitely offers an opportunity to make business needs run smoothly. There's nothing like having everything in one place.

  • The Truth About Infusionsoft and Successful Implementations

    Infusionsoft Use Cases and Deployment ScopeWe have used Infusionsoft for basic CRM function, email marketing and selling our business, sales and marketing advice (Contract CMO/CSO) and related services such as search marketing, lead gen, sales enablement, content, etc. It has enabled our team to organize much of our business process.

    Pros : It's all in one which is good and bad.Keep us organized when the entire team commits to using it consistently.Helped us manage new, inbound leads we generated, even though setting up lead scoring was a pain in the butt.We set up our "products" which we sell as services and integrated with Auth.net and our merchant account.Created internal notifications for new leads, tasks, etc.We build campaigns using the campaign builder, by far the best element of the solution.Enabled us to set up pretty soli

    Cons : It's all in one so every element of the solution is compromised.It's has bugs and they really need to hone in on development.Their sales practices are very direct. Never buy any software in a seminar and expect it to be a well though out decision. Do your research before you buy this solution.It get's expensive fast, even when they promote their red light specials. Too many pay walls in lieu of native integrations.The best practice is to make sure whomever implements you into this software has v

    Infusionsoft Great for Clients with Large Lists

    Infusionsoft Use Cases and Deployment ScopeI use Infusionsoft for clients' businesses. They use it for e-commerce, email marketing and as a database for contacts.

    Pros : Segment contacts- with tagging functionality, allows for advanced segmenting of contacts.Organize email campaigns - can set up more complex email campaigns. Once the campaign is created, it's automated and more organized.Selling products - nicer interface for shopping cart than others. Allows for multiple payment options in the cart.

    Cons : Timers for web forms: Had an instance where we needed to use two different web forms depending on time of day. Since there is no timer, I have to manually swap out the form on the page. :(Easier implementation- Quite a learning curve for clients. There is training, but not as easier to learn as other simpler programs.Too many steps for certain tasks. For instance, when you're editing a template, you can't send an email from the template editing screen. You have to go back, go to contacts, search

    Infusionsoft a one stop shop

    Infusionsoft Use Cases and Deployment ScopeWe are currently using Infusionsoft to track sales leads as they move through the sales process as well as current clients. Infusionsoft has helped us house everything in one place that we rely on every day to bring on new clients as well as support existing clients. We use it for sales and support as our main hub of information. 

    Pros : Infusionsoft is a one stop show for managing your clients from a prospective client through being able to support them along the way as they become your client.Infusionsoft automates recurring monthly payments from clients.Infusionsoft alows you to keep in contact with prospective and current clients through the ability to automate emails.

    Cons : Having everything in one place is good but it is also too cumbersome. Some things such as searching for clients could be simplified.Support is helpful but there needs to be more help for clients wanting to use the API functionality. Support agents are not very helpful when it comes to API setup.Support is helpful but could be more knowledgeable about the system. Sometimes feels like you know more about it than support.

  • Infusionsoft includes everything you'd need to identify your customers' needs, customize marketing to them, actually sell your real products, and make sure you're staying on top of everything you need to do at the same time. And it’ll even let you know how you’re doing at marketing.

  • Ease-of-use

    This product allows for intuitive responses and has great technicians on call; you can't hurt it.

    Functionality

    With four divisions that but four very different but similar functions, I needed something I could work with across all four divisions. This product has been perfect for me.

    Product Quality

    I have found this product seems to have the end user in mind, and that makes it easier to use for non-tech people.

    Customer Support

    Excellent customer support. They are immediately responsive to my needs and requests.

    I needed immediate implementation of a CRM, and from the time I first received a call from InfusionSoft through the present, I have found them to be extremely responsive to my needs. I have four divisions within my small organization, and I needed a CRM that would be easy to understand, apply to all of the divisions, and allow me to be up and running in a few days; InfusionSoft provided this. Additionally, the head of one of the divisions needed something where she could manage her people primarily from her phone (I have a person inputting and keeping track of the information on the people in that division) and would allow her to email, call, or whatever with simplicity; InfusionSoft provides for this.

    Ease-of-use

    The visual campaign's drag-and-drop interface means you can see what the customer will experience.

    Functionality

    After upgrading to CustomerHub, my online business was cash positive in less than 30 days.

    Product Quality

    You can tell this product has benefited from 100s if not 1000s of 'man-years' of software development.

    Customer Support

    I am saying 10/10, as the US support is amazing. If I had to rate it based on the UK so-called training operation, it would be -20. My terrible experience was well over a year ago; perhaps things are sorted now.

    InfusionSoft is the first system I have found where I don't have to fit my business around what it does. I just have to think what I want, and I can fit it around my business flows and designs.

    The UK support company I was given was worse than useless. Their customer service rated less than zero. Fortunately, the support from the US has been superb and really made up for any lack there.

    Recommendations

    First, think about what you want to sell and who you want to sell it to. Design your sales funnel and go for it. I played around with separate solutions I had to bolt together for a while. The InfusionSoft all-in-one package makes everything so much easier, especially when combined with CustomerHub, which makes online product delivery a piece of cake.

    Ease-of-use

    The new visual Campaign Builder makes this insanely easy for anyone.

    Functionality

    There's plenty of functionality that comes stock, but if you really want to get fancy, the InfusionSoft API is available. Plus, there are tons of third-party services and people that specialize in InfusionSoft to make anything you want happen.

    Product Quality

    These guys are in with the times. Design and functionality is all there.

    Customer Support

    Online chat is insanely available, and the people that help are surprisingly friendly. The phone support is also top-notch. And I can't leave out the personal one-on-one coaching webinars I received upon signing up to make sure I had everything I needed.

    I honestly can't say there's anything because they are that good. If you fail to use their systems, you're at fault.

  • Ultimately Infusionsoft is a powerful all-in-one solution and a wise choice for small businesses. With complete integration of sales transactions, shopping carts, auto-responders, inventory management, client profiles & lists, order histories, marketing phases & responses, lead management, and other useful tools, this web app will help power your entire small business for a somewhat reasonable cost.

  • Infusionsoft is the all-in-one software that you need if you want more profits. It is affordable with three plans to choose from. The mandatory Kickstart service package might be expensive but it essentially gets everything done for you. Infusionsoft takes care of your sales and marketing while you take care of other things. Once it is set up, you can even leave your business for a while to do other things. The software will take care of your social media posts, offering discounts or free trials to your customers, and tracking your visitors’ behavior on your site. Once you’re back, you can view reports and plan your next move.

    What do you dislike?

    Infusionsoft pays $500 referral fees to affiliates. Sales person misleading and false promises at sales stage. They will drag on and not let you cancel the subscription.

    Recommendations to others considering the product

    If you are a SME Look for other product that requires less or no upfront. Infusionsoft uses your upfront cost to pay the affiliates that bring you in. So they entire business economics is not in favour of you.

    If you need such a BIG product at the first place. If you are big enough, consider SAP. SAP lives on customer service.

    What business problems are you solving? What benefits have you realized?

    This product is not suitable for our business. And we encounter lots of issues cancelling the subscription.

    Infusionsoft charges $2000 start up cost +$299 per month of service fee. Evan Samurin (the Sales) says if it is not for our company, they will do something to credit the upfront $2000 back to us. After we used it for a month our A/P emailed Evan saying infusionsoft is not for us, Evan says that he will forward the message to customer service. I haven't heard from infusionsoft again, We have followed up with Evan with no reply.

    Our company credit card is billed month after month, which forced our company to call the credit card and cancel the card. Then someone from Infusionsoft customer service, Blake Ghormley emailed us saying we have unpaid balance. We asked Blake to communicate with Evan and credit us back for the months that I didn't use. Blake Ghormley disappeared again.

    What do you like best?

    The best part about InfusionSoft is the mindset that you get into when thinking big picture from generating business, nurturing leads, on boarding new customers, up selling customers and generating referrals.

    What do you dislike?

    The original training is something that I think can be better leveraged. Although I admit it's partially my own fault, it's a situation where you don't know what you don't know, so asking the right questions and having them show you things that you want might not be the best on boarding process. But there are sooo many things to cover, I don't know how it could be improved exactly.

  • I've never had any ads on my site, nor have I ever advertised any software before. But this software, and the team behind it, are something special. Infusionsoft has a ton of features that allow you to build a business and revenue stream quickly. I know how much it can help entrepreneurs who are looking to build a profitable online business.
