  • Easy and powerful

    I've used HubSpot at two different jobs now, and in both cases have found it very simple to use considering the powerful features. Compared to other similar solutions like Marketo, I find HubSpot much more user friendly. I have always been impressed by the quality of the support, even though it can sometimes take time to get assistance.

    Pros : Easy to use, flexible, saves time, high quality support

    Cons : Price can be tough for smaller businesses and start-ups, support response time can be long

    Go HubSpot it1

    We have been using HubSpot for over a year and we can highly recommend it. HubSpot listens to their customers' pain points and are constantly working to improve and do better.

    Pros : - Great customer service, They are friendly yet professional. - HubSpot is so user-friendly. - They have amazing certification programs that takes your marketing skills to the next level. - Incredibly useful and easy to use tools such as social media publishing, tracking product_urls, forms, content management with custom landing pages, emails, calls-to-action, campaigns, being able to track and convert leads, etc.

    Cons : There are certainly some things they can improve on (option to sort contacts alphabetically, to add secondary email address, to be able to batch download links/attachments from completed forms etc.). Although these are just minor things and not enough to put us off from using it.

    Hubspot has my heart

    Hubspot is easy-to-use and multi-functional marketing system that makes me look like a boss at my job! Being new to the Marketing world, I know I have a lot to learn, and Hubspot makes it easy to learn everything I need to know by being the educational system and the platform to execute it. The knowledge that I have gained from Hubspot University and their blog makes me more valuable at my job and is a skill that I can take to future jobs in marketing as well.

    Pros : Their support is incredible! If I ever can't figure something out, I am quick to call them because they are so friendly and eager to help me. Calling into support can be frustrating with most companies but not Hubspot. They make you feel like you're calling your really computer savvy relative. Hubspot changes with the times. They are always staying up to date and current on how marketing is rapidly evolving and making adjustments to their database to help, while keeping you informed through the

    Cons : I had to think long and hard about this one.... I'm coming up empty-handed currently.

  • Hubspot offers a great suite of features and the opportunity to manage every aspect of your online marketing from one location. If you’ve already picked up a program for your email marketing and your social media profiles, and already manage your website on a CMS like Joomla or WordPress, it’s hard to fathom using a program like Hubspot as a replacement for these existing (and mostly free) systems, especially when it comes down to the price tag.

  • What do you like best?

    The HubSpot software is so intuitive. Creating emails, blogposts, landing pages in Hubspot has helped my team cut their work in half. We all really enjoy the clean and easy to use interface and the ability to integrate other apps and software. However, the best thing about Hubspot is how micro we can get with segmentation. Segmentation is the foundation of effective marketing. Hubspot allows us to not only customize our lists, but get a very clear understanding of every one of our customers behavior so we can better serve them.

    What do you dislike?

    The only thing I wish Hubspot would do is make updates to their social media and analytic dashboard. As social media is becoming increasingly important for your brand, it would be nice if Hubspot could eventually get more granular with social data so we didn't have to turn to other software to get more specific readings (Twitter growth, Facebook growth, engagement growth within our hosted Linkedin Groups since we are a B2B, etc)

    What do you like best?

    HubSpot is a great product and company. I have experience using many marketing tools for previous companies both large and small and HubSpot is by far the best - from the breadth of functionality (everything from SEO, social media, marekting automation, CTAs, etc.), to the ease of use (impressive UI), and to the amazing training and support. They go above and beyond when we came on board. They worked with us on a plan and set incremental goals so that we could measure our progress. And I think the price is right. You get more than 100 different tools at the same cost as some email marketing-only solutions. We have received a ROI in a very short time.

    What do you dislike?

    Perhaps maybe because HubSpot is such a comprehensive toolset, there is a lot to learn. But if you stick to the training and attend their online Academy, you will be fine. They also have custom consulting which I highly recommend. It can seem a bit daunting at first, but it is absolutely worth it.

    What do you like best?

    Hubspot encompasses all primary inbound marketing tools - from social media to blogging to CRM management to email marketing to basic SEO. I love that it gives our team the ability to log into a single dashboard, share data and updates, and access all of our marketing initiatives from one place.

    What do you dislike?

    I sometimes feel like what we were promised from the sales staff didn't quite match up with what Hubspot delivered on (e.g. automated email marketing isn't quite as automated as they led us to believe, and certain features we discussed before purchase we later found out were only available in premium packages). The communication between Hubspot and its clients has also been less-than-perfect; for instance, Hubspot will sometimes switch the way it executes a particular feature without providing advance notice, which has resulted in lost data on our side while our IT team scrambles to figure out what happened.

  • It’s rare to see the kind of success and hyper growth that Hubspot is experiencing. It requires vision, recognizing a fundamental business problem and delivering innovation to solve such a problem that is enthusiastically received by the market. This is what HubSpot has achieved thus far.

  • The system will work wonderfully 80% of the time but the other 20% of the time system breaks down (workflows wont work, wont capture valuable leads, will spam lists despite a suppression list, etc.). The development team is always working on it, but this can take 48+ hours with no communication and really no explanation.

    I am an early adopter and a crusading "true believer" for all things Hubspot because it literally changed my life. I joined the Hubspot family in 2008 after spending a year carefully researching the myriad options available to businesses.

    Hubspot blew the competition away with the quality of their product and extraordinary customer care. I followed the Hubspot blueprint and watched our website traffic increase from thirty-five visitors per month to 4000 visitors in only three months. It exploded from there. Our company fights NYC parking tickets for private and commercial vehicles.

    I've watched Hubspot become an industry juggernaut, yet still remain humble and treat its customers like family. If your business is looking for the best and still growing inbound marketing software on the market today along with unsurpassed customer service, check out Hubspot. You'll be glad you did.

    I have been a Hubspot customer for about a year and a half now and couldn't be happier with our success with it. Great product. We have been able to generate hundreds of new leads that we would not have received without it. Very satisfied!
