  • GreenRope is a great value

    What do you like best?

    We tried several other CRM's before settling on GreenRope. Calling it a CRM doesn't really cover all it does. Most other systems either did just broadcast email or were so huge (and expensive) you practically needed a dedicated IT department to run it. GreenRope is both robust and easy to use. I cant say there's no learning curve but once you do it a few times it's fairly simple. Importing or adding contacts is easy - even for me. We can measure everything from who clicks links in our emails to the number of website visits by day or hour. We can see who visits our website and where they come from. It really is a complete online marketing tool designed for the small business owner. On the times I did have questions their customer support was very fast and courteous.

    What do you dislike?

    The weakest part (if I have to pick one) is probably the website builder tool. That's not a huge issue because you can build a site with Wordpress or another tool and embed the GreenRope code to track activity.

    What business problems are you solving? What benefits have you realized?

    We need feedback on how many people were reading our emails and visiting our webpage to track the effectiveness of our communications.

    GreenRope's Fast Response Time

    What do you like best?

    I made a few suggestions on changes to help deal with unconfirmed subscribers. By the next business day, they had put one of the suggestions into place making it a lot faster to resolve some of the subscriptions.

    I value that on all my help requests they answer quickly and follow up to make sure the issue is resolved.

    What do you dislike?

    I have used several of the top email services, but none give me the ease of use and level of value that GreenRope does. It isn't perfect, but it's the closest one to that level that I've found.

    We send emails all over the world in English and Spanish. With GreenRope we can create signup forms in either language and get a high rate of email past all the different spam filters. With other companies, we had trouble with certain countries blocking email due to the server they were sent from.

  • Great bang for the buck that will take you all the way.

    GreenRope Use Cases and Deployment ScopeWe use GreenRope to keep track of everything about our customers.  Every inquiry, every sales call, all their orders.  We are a Start-Up company of 4 years.  GreenRope has proved easy enough to get started with that we were able to make use of it within days of getting going.  First we tried Salesforce.  It seemed great if you were a big company.  Not even a phone number for little guys to call.  Next we tried Infusionsoft.  Seems like it was a great program until they did a big platform switch just about when we came on board.  Every thing I wanted to do they would say, "oh sorry, you cant really do that yet."  With GreenRope , everything that I expect to work, works.  And it is easy and reliable.

    Pros : Easy to get going with. They were great help in importing data from infusion soft. Great people to work with in training.Low cost. This program is affordable for us little guys. Does what you need. Cost less than half of infusion soft for more.Powerful. It lets me do all the things that I want. They are responsive to new feature requests too. When you make a suggestion you feel like it is heard and appreciated.

    Cons : I would like to see deeper email integration. I believe it is soon on the way.

    Makes my small business feel BIG, for the right price!

    GreenRope Use Cases and Deployment ScopeGreenRope is being used as our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. GreenRope puts together many aspects we need for email automation, drip campaigns, email tracking, website opt-in forms and such, all in one place. There's much more that GreenRope can do for us as well, with conversion tracking and even brand reputation that we haven't even touched on yet. The system is growing with us - as we find a need, GreenRope already has a module in place to help us with it.

    Pros : GreenRope provides a full-featured application at ALL pricing levels. You don't have to 'upgrade' to get better features - you've got them all right away. I really appreciated this!GreenRope doesn't charge per user (i.e., administrator of the system). Other systems require additional fees when adding administrators to your account. GreenRope makes it easy for me to get help with the CRM by adding more of my people, without adding multiple fees.Customer Service at GreenRope rocks! They really w

    Cons : As we've never used a full-featured CRM before, there was a pretty steep learning curve on how to get our data in and working for us. The training GreenRope provides is helpful, but the user interface still took me a while to wrap my head around.One assumption made during GreenRope setup was that we'd be relying heavily on a custom GreenRope website. We primarily want to keep all of our traffic on our current site, so there was a bit of confusion to begin with.GreenRope is heavy on the marketing

    My CRM Solution is BETTER Than Yours!

    GreenRope Use Cases and Deployment ScopeGreenRope is being used by my organization as a whole. It addresses the following business problems: e-mail marketing, relationship management with clients, project management tracking, and taking all of these manual workflows and automating them.

    Pros : Automation for e-mail marketingCentralizing Client DataManaging Projects Across Multiple UsersIn my opinion, these are strengths because GreenRope has found a way to take all the business tools a small company and/or entrepreneur needs and built them all into one system. No more multiple logins and passwords and bookmarks to keep up with.

    Cons : Things I'd like to see coming down the pipeline (and I've shared this with GreenRope) is more customizing of the dashboard, more upfront conversation that GreenRope is group driven when organizing your contacts, and more customization for drip-file campaign date scheduling.GreenRope doesn't allow for electronic contract delivery and signing.GreenRope's customer support is not always available, many times you have to leave a message and wait for someone to reach you back.GreenRope's store managem

  • One tool to reach so many goals

    GreenRope is like having a whole department in your company dedicated to your success. From email marketing to project management, from social media scheduling to accounting...it's goal is to help you reach your business goals. I use it for all of my projects and love it so much I made a business out of helping other businesses use it.

    Pros : Sales CRM features Social media scheduling Email marketing filters Event management Drip campaigns, even though I haven't used it much the potential is impressive.

    Cons : Instagram scheduling but most services don't have this so I'm not that worried. Google+ scheduling, not sure if Google+ even allows a good enough API for this but it would be helpful. A few more reports.

    Very functional, easy to use tool and very helpful, supportive staff

    I'm a small business and my experience with GreenRope has been fantastic. I use the tool for various email marketing campaigns and for my blog/newsletter distribution. The auto-responder function works really well, and it's easy to manage a variety of lists. Their tools are very easy to use, they have great tutorials and training videos that are easy to follow. What I have been MOST pleased with is how supportive the staff is. The woman who manages my account is incredibly responsive and has taken great care of me, even though my account is quite small. The tools have certainly met my expectations and the amount of support received has exceeded them.

    Great Value

    After looking at many other solutions, I am amazed at all the functionality of the Green Rope system for the cost. Their support is first rate, always responding quickly to our requests.

    Pros : Functionality, support

    Cons : Seems to require more computer programming knowledge than I was expecting. Learning as I go.

  • GreenRope has an extremely rich set of features that work together seamlessly. In fact, it is amongst the very few CRM solutions that offer so many functions. It does a good job in integrating nicely with third-party applications and providing top-notch integration with social media. Small and mid-sized businesses in search for a cost-effective cloud based solution to streamline their operations should definitely try out GreenRope. There may be no need to look further!

  • GreenRope has taken its organic growth approach about as far as it can. It is not the only CRM product attempting to address the small business market and that market could benefit from the richness and simplicity GreenRope offers. The company now needs to get better known and reach out to the market which may mean taking on outside capital and the structure and advice that comes with it.

  • Greenrope offers a feature-rich, no-frills CRM application that is particularly well designed for the SMB market and delivered at a compelling price. While the user experience, geographical limitations and brand recognition currently challenge company growth, management shows the ability to continuously advance this solution with each iterative release delivering new value, and which may ultimately mitigate current challenges and position the company for increased growth.

  • GreenRope marketing software allows users to systematically handle and integrate all the avenues of marketing in a single interface.

    Good:

    Combines the disparate functions, viz, sales, marketing and operation into one single platform.
    Easy to use interface.

    Bad:

    Absence of an android app.
