Eloqua is definitely a powerful tool when it comes to email marketing with all the functionality and metrics you can use. It also works well with other tools like Salesforce and SnapApp. The tool is very difficult to use and requires a lot of manual work to set up email templates as well as landing page templates.
I would like to be able to avoid an overly positive review on this product to avoid scrutiny, but I have only the best things to say about its period. The customer service team is impeccable; the user-interface is flawless, fluid, easy and enjoyable to use; the functionality is jaw-dropping, and the ease at which you can use the software even if you're inexperienced is incredible.

It is not the only CRM product attempting to address the small business market and that market could benefit from the richness and simplicity GreenRope offers.
