I've tried Outlook, Postbox, Mailbird and Thunderbird, none of them suit my needs. eM Client is very useful, feature packed, good looking and never messed up my Gmail emails (Outlook for one who did mess my Gmail IMAP). Now I'm using eM Client for personal and business email accounts. No regret buying it!
eM client supposed to be a very good email client for LiveMail, Hotmail, GMail, Yahoo Mail and Outlook or Cooperate etc. I use Outlook all the time and Outlook support all of these mail services and it works very well, I would say far better than eM Client. However, Gmail doesn't support GMail contact in Outlook and that was the only reason I paid high price for the eM client because eM client can sync my GMail Contact with the picture etc. After I used it for few days, and eM client does the job to sync my mail, contact and calendar for Live/Hot Mail, Gmail, Y! Mail etc. But, I see a very big series problem about the software that I would say it is "SHOW STOPPER" and the product should not ship with this bug/issue/concern at all. Please read the following for this BIG SHOW STOPPER for the software release. Since the 1st week of using eM Client after paying high price for the software, all the emails (LiveMail, Hotmail, Gmail, Y! Mail) I setup in eM client is getting a very ignoring error message below in every 5 to 10 minutes. "An error occurred" error message pops up for all email address I setup in eM Client. Here is some error message when "An error occurred" 1. "Deleting items in folder "username@email_domain.com/Trush failed with an error: "None" is an invalid XmlNodeType. Line 8, position 8. 2. [IMAP] An attempt to connect to username@email_domain.com failed. This could be caused by temporary server unavailability or incorrect settings. Do you want to check the settings. 3. [AirSync] An attempt to connect to username@email_domain.com failed. This could be caused by temporary server unavailability or incorrect settings. Do you want to check the settings? 4. Sending email failed with an error. The remote server returned an error (500) Internal Server Error. I have been asking eM client support for help since beginning of this year, but their support always replied and blamed on "temporary network connection related problem" or "mail service provider" problem, they don't even provide any solution at all. I have no idea how they pushed the problem to mail service provider and saying their service has a problem. But remember, all our mail service are either live/Hotmail which is Microsoft, Gmail which is Google, Y! Mail which is yahoo, and they are all big company, and they will not have the service all at the same time, right? I can't believe that their support pushed eM client issues to all these big companies at the same time, I don't feel they did even try to reproduce or work on the issue at all. For me, I am very regret (VERY DISAPPOITNMENT) that I purchased a license for eM client, it is ABSOLUTELY worth nothing, but just ignoring all the time from the software. Since I have no support, no help, no solution from eM client and I have no use, but just feeling bad and ignoring to this software, I ended up uninstalling the software from my computer and continue use my Outlook to manage all my email service now. And, use my phone to manage my Gmail contact. I will give at least 4 stars or even 5 stars if I don't have this experience or support from eM client software or support, but the software just doesn't work, USELESS now.

I love Contactually. I spend several months researching and testing various CRMs, and Contactually blew them out of the water by a large margin. CRMs can be painfully clunky to use, and I feel like Contactually successfully balances between being easy to use and fully-featured enough to be really useful.More about Contactually

If you’re in the market for a new email client, you should really look at eM Client as an alternative. EM Client is an application it’s been receiving constant updates and is ever improving. And if you like the look and feel of Microsoft Outlook, but don’t want to pay the price for it, and if you use Google services a lot, eM Client is going to be a good option for you.More about eM Client

I can't say enough about how much I love PostScan Mail and the convenience of having all my mail delivered to my virtual mailbox. PostScan Mail weeds out all the junk mail and lets me see my mail usually within 24 hours of delivery from the USPS and any other carrier I get packages from. I then decide if I want it opened and the contents scanned or if I want it shredded or even just stored in my mailbox. I researched a few virtual mail forwarding companies before I chose Post Scan Mail and what I found in my research that makes Post Scan Mail stand out from the rest is not only their pricing, but they also provide excellent customer service. The few times I've called, I actually get a live person and not a recording. Once I had a minor discrepancy on my account so I called and explained this to the customer service rep who was very courteous and immediately processed my refund request. It was credited back to my card within 24 hours. Other companies nickle and dime and charge you outrageous fees for scanning and storage. Post Scan Mail is by far the best value and service available for virtual mail forwarding. I highly recommend Post Scan Mail to both individuals and to companies for all their mail receiving/forwarding as well as fully functional mail room needs.More about PostScan Mail

Unfortunately emClient is broken when it comes to gmail multifactor authentication. The OAuth2 APIs which are used by many clients and services just doesn't work with emClient and the company, whilst acknowledging the problem and not fixing it, simply suggests turning off security to get round the issue! This is both irresponsible and shows appalling customer care for paid users. Tehy're more interested in adding a dark theme skin then making it work properly. PostScan Mail has been painfully slow for me from the start. Slip-ups happen regularly and their customer service can not be taken seriously. My delivered mail takes at least three days to show up in my account, and it takes the company another three days, minimum, for them to finally forward my mail. For two of my items, it took PostScan Mail over a week to acknowledge the receipt of my packages!! On one occasion, a mail item from another PostScan Mail client showed up in my account. On another occasion, one of my mail pieces never showed up in my account at all. To make matters worse, their customer service did nothing but lie to me about their processing times. A customer support agent had explained to me by phone that their upper time limit for mail items to be processed was 48 hours. Yet I have never had the fortune of having my mail processed within their stated time frame. Yesterday, AGAIN, I was assured over the phone that my mail would be forwarded on that same day, which was 48 hours after I had placed the forwarding order. It is now the following day and my mail is still stuck in my outbox and has not yet been forwarded. It takes the same amount of time, or longer, for PostScan Mail to get my mail out of their frickin' building as it takes the postal service to deliver my shipments to an address on the other side of the planet!! UNACCEPTABLE! My experience with PostScan Mail has been mostly NEGATIVE. I can not emphasize enough just how frustrating their slow processing times have been for me.
