  • Product is pefect for small businesses, and is VERY SCALABLE pricewise and variety of apps

    I looked for days to find just the right CRM system to manage my web design business. I chose apptivo because they let you have access to every single app at no extra charge, they charge me 10 bucks per user, so as my business grows, it will cost a little more, but the support team is there 24/7 in a drop down box that you can just click on inside your login area. They answer right away, send you help links, and walk you through anything you need to solve the issue at hand. i am going to even write a blog post in my web site, www.blueyperlink.com recommending them for all my self employed, that's how much i like it! Most of my web site clints are small business people and they can use Apptivo too, it's everything from Leads to Invoices, that's the ENTIRE CYCLE OF BUSINESS. It works for companies with suppliers, products inventory, just about any kind of business can use this. And it integrates with Google apps too! It's the best!

    Pros : Pros are in rating. I like many features such as access to every app

    Cons : it can get expensive if you have many employees that need to use the login area.

    Couldn't figure out email templetes, oppertunity and teams I was struggling changing which email different division

    I would of given a 5 if I could talk on the phone, even though I'm paying the elite highest price to be one, nobody ever seems to want to talk to me. The chat box doesn't make a sound or noise. The person did a fantastic job helping me answer my questions. Thank you again

    Great product! Great Service!

    I had try on many many trial software our there, some software are too complicated and not simple enough. This is simple and always be able to soft my need for my business. The customers service is really patient enough to help and guide me one by one even my connection line had stop few time.

    Pros : Easy to Use, this software is worth for the price. it has hit my 90% need on my business. compare to other cloud business software.

    Cons : Take some time to understand it. But it had a lot of video and great customer service to guide you step by step patiently. once you get use to it, it is a great software you can consider!

  • A basic system with various CRM apps

    Apptivo Use Cases and Deployment ScopeWe made the decision to purchase Apptivo mainly for collaboration and to streamline processes within our department; as well as for external departments we worked with on projects. It was sufficient for our needs and very easy to use. Though our whole organization doesn't use it, a few departments within our organization do, and it helps with keeping everything in one spot to reference since some of the individuals in our departments are in different countries and time zones. It created ease regarding project updates and outstanding items that needed to be addressed immediately. 

    Pros : Good for streamlining project management on projects over a long life cycle.Helpful in keeping contacts up to date and relevant.Streamlines processes across the organization where there are many departments.

    Cons : Dashboard and interface subsections are a bit clunky re: functionality.Built-in email client isn't always a feasible option for efficiency (signatures are different, contacts don't always update accordingly).

    Not ready for the prime time

    Apptivo Use Cases and Deployment ScopeApptivo was and still is at the time of writing very much a beta product. While the app promotes having 40+ apps that cover the spectrum of business requirements, once you dive deep you quickly discover that most of these apps are not integrated with the other apps and are almost islands within the overall application. The very basic items are just about ok but the UI and UX is I am afraid only a work in progress rather than usable in a real world business. If you are a one person entity dealing in one currency and only do business in your home country then Apptivo can manage the basic address book crm type basics well. Support is class leading on this product. Its available within the app through the chat window unfortunately however any big issues (items that impede productivity and cost you a days work) cannot be addressed by support directly as they only pass information to the development team. But for simple training on how do I do this questions the built in support is excellent. The app has been evolving but in the last year the 100+ items highlighted by us still remain unfixed. They are many and cover things such as....viewing the homepage calendar. Any item such as a meeting or phone call. If the tag that shows the linked contact or opportunity has more than 5 letters in its name then it gets clipped. This leaves you with a screen full of items listed in nice colours but you cannot read any of the information without clicking. If you then click an item it opens a new page and you cannot get back to where you came from. The UI and UX for power users is deeply frustrating. This puts people off from using it....which is why we stopped using them and went elsewhere. They messed up our contact data on numerous occasions and we had to wait for days to for them to fix it. Not acceptable! Pricing is very economic but unfortunately this is reflected in the product. You get what you pay for. Their website says they are launching version 6 soon. They spent over a year attempting to launch version 5 which never worked properly at all. But one cannot predict the future.

    Pros : Built in support for new users.Basic crm works...just dont expect it do anything well beyond the basic.Price.Google Apps integration is better than a lot of the competition who charge and anwful lot more.They are open to and try adapt quickly based on customer feedback.

    Cons : Homescreen claims to be the center of the application however the sub sections are mostly flawed or do not function as one would expect.The built in email client kinda works but depending on which section of the app you are in the default font will be different from your signature. Also you cannot add a cell phone to staff signatures. I asked about this for months. It was never fixed. When will CRM companies learn that email is STILL the center of many business.   • Perfect for my organisation. Apptivo support is second to none. So adaptable!

    What's not to like? From the first step in my evaluation is was easy. No restrictions, brilliant support and willingness to help. The CRM is the product I was searching for and it is so customisable compared to others I have looked at. Like many, my requirements were unique and the thought of spending thousands on custom software just wasn't an option. The Apptivo support team are superb, responsive and stick around to complete the task. Nothing is a challenge for them and they have exceeded all expectations. Value, features, support...it's all there. Try it...you have so much to gain and nothing to lose.

    What do you dislike?

    Initially I thought there was a lack of documentation, but the help videos and answer pages are a great resource. When it came down to it, the online support was immediate and solved my need need for paperwork...which I later found.

    Recommendations to others considering the product

    Just setup a trial and see what's possible. Watch the Apptivo videos, they're informative and relevant. See it in action and experience how simple it can be. Cost effective and scales with the growth of your business. The best part, if you get stuck or have a query...they're always there to help immediately. I have never had to wait for answers.

    What business problems are you solving? What benefits have you realized?

    As a charity using a variety of old legacy systems, our need was great for a more efficient way of managing our organisation and virtually no budget to achieve this, Apptivo was a lucky find! Our initial objective was to find a way to manage our contacts better but with the CRM being so customisable and the extensive list of other applications available, the list of benefits are yet to be realised fully. We started with Customer management and will implement invoicing and event management soon through the other apps available to us.

    Picky Sales Guy with an unique customer base

    What do you like best?

    This is a really cool program, it does everything you need it to do. I have used a lot of CRM's and this is by far the simplest to use. Like anything it does a lot things amazing, a lot of things okay, and has a few pain points. However every company is different and has a different way of doing things so for a 3rd party company to get as many things not only right but user friendly is amazing. I learn new things with it every day and fall in love all over again. The CRM app is awesome and how it ties into marketing is really cool, it took some getting used to but once I did, I love it. Also the dropbox and google drive integration is amazing, that was a big sales point for me.

    What do you dislike?

    There are a few pain points, nothing deal killer, but I cannot put product numbers on estimates for the customer to see, that is a big deal. I wish I could bulk add tags to an import or group, but that is me being picky for how I have customized the software for my specific needs.

    What business problems are you solving? What benefits have you realized?

    I primarily use this for a sales and marketing tool, but product management we also use it for. We are a small company and I am more the early adopter for this stuff so I see us expanding its uses more and more.

Their project management functionality is not directed to support complex multinational or engineering projects, but it does exactly what small organizations are looking for. Expand project management automation to invoicing, CRM, helpdesk; and Apptivo will shine over other project management collaboration tools. In summary, Apptivo is an online project management collaboration tool that can expand to your whole organization.
