I love everything about Simplebooklet! So far I have made a brochure type booklet and a "how to" manual for my business. The look is professional and quite beautiful. It is easy to do. I also LOVE being able to easily share as an embed in my newsletter, on social media, my websites and review the stats. You can add interactive content and create unlimited links. It is an awesome business tool!
I think the flipsnack web app is overall pretty great. I think the flips are very attractive and easy to use. I just have some feedback for future versions: It would be nice to be able to further customize the embeddable widgets, to allow users to embed the flipsnacks into our websites with more control. Bug alert: sometimes files will not complete uploading. It hangs at the 98% mark indefinitely. According to others on the support forums, I am not the only one having this issue. Overall, great product.
SlideShare is a great place to read content from subject matter experts and, if you’re a thought leader, to self publish your own content in just a matter of minutes. It’s super easy to use and makes information readily available and easily digestible because you can break up content into multiple slides to form mini presentations on key topics.
Pros : I like that SlideShare provides another outlet for sharing content and allows you to do so with infographics, documents, videos and more. It’s a great way to make your content more visual, which is always more appealing to audiences. I’ve recommended SlideShare to clients as a way to generate additional exposure for content such as press releases, articles and white papers. Since it’s free for individuals to access these materials, it’s a great way to get more people to see the content. Make a catchy title for your presentation to ensure it’s searchable. I like that you can also use tags to highlight the key topics within your presentation and make it even more searchable. I really like how easy SlideShare is to use. It’s very user friendly and the flexibility in the types of content you can upload is great. You can add a pre-designed PDF to SlideShare or you can break up the content from one PDF page into multiple more digestible slides. The possibilities are truly endless. If you’re going to be using the platform a lot, you can create a customized business page to add even more credibility to your profile. You can track the number of followers you receive and the number of views on each presentation. You can even use SlideShare for lead generation.
Cons : So far I haven’t encountered anything that I dislike about this platform. It’s simple to use and another great tool for me and my firm’s clients.

I can now upload my presentation that I think might be of interest, or presentation that someone has seen that they have requested me to upload, and make them available to anyone who can access SlideShare.net. In fact, I can even update the presentations that I upload to ensure that they stay as current as I can possibly keep them. When they do become truly out of date, I can mark them as so or just delete them from the SlideShare.net web site. From a presenters point of view, or better yet, my point of view, what could be better for those I am trying to get this information out to.More about LinkedIn SlideShare
