This app really makes things quite simple and comes highly recommended as well. Concluding, its a great tool to have. Simple interface, nothing useless and light weight makes your work with the app easier.

Lightscreen is free, it allows you to easily take screenshots, and it allows you to play with lots of options. So overall, it is a quite handy tool for taking screenshots.
-Installing Lightscreen is an effortless process. Support for multiple languages is provided. Use hotkeys to take a screenshot: full screen, region, window. Pick one of several image formats for the screenshot. There are many options to play with. Lightscreen is free software.
-None that I could think of.

For those of us who need to take screenshots frequently then Lightshot is perfect. It has the perfect mix of efficiency and quality which combines together to make my workflow far easier. Even if you don’t need screenshots on a regular basis, Lightshot is still worth using. The majority of us are on social networking websites too and with Lightshot’s built in sharing options, communicating with your followers and friends can become far easier. All in all, Lightshot has a very simple concept but performs it to an extremely high standard. If you’re still using your standard “Print Screen” and Image Editor you should really give Lightshot a try.

LightShot is a nice replacement for the standard PrtScr functionality in Windows. It features an impressive online editor, but lacks more capturing options.
