SimplyFile is a program that is originally developed from a simple idea, simple but really useful, is very convenient, and it simplify (from here I think is the name SimplyFile) the management of your emails through Microsoft Outlook. It is designed for users who manage a large number of emails and then will find it very difficult to read, search, move or store and retrieve e-mail in your mail box.

I believe that the SimplyFile add-on for MS Outlook 2010 provides an intuitive and easy way to move emails to folders for organizational purposes. The accurate folder suggestions, one-click filing, and the sent message organization fill a need not already available in MS Outlook. It is both a time saver and helps manage client correspondence. To me, it is worth the money.More about SimplyFile

I have to admit that I genuinely like what AwayFind is doing here. I think that having the ability to receive “priority” messages via SMS and other outlets is a good way to stay away from checking your inbox every 5 seconds. But, I do think that there is a small audience for this service. At the very least, sign up for the starter account to see if this service could work for you; it is definitely worth looking at if you are obsessively checking your inbox.More about AwayFind
