Cloudswave Score for eVoice
Rating based on 15 Critic Reviews

The user platform is attractive and fairly easy to use, even if a customer is not used to VoIP services. But, because they offer so many features, users may be easily overwhelmed at all of the call rules and settings they must first go through to setup their account.

eVoice is a strong platform that works well for growing businesses, but it has a lot of users who are upset over outages that eVoice was slow to address. The service is strong and you get a great platform with different options, but the sheer number of customers who have had their phones go out for more than one day is a bit concerning. It’s a great additional option and some recent work on its reliability make eVoice a decent choice for those on a budget.

The eVoice service has some very interesting features that make it stand out from the competition like Ring Central Professional, Grasshopper and Nextiva Professional. The one I liked best was the ease to make outbound calls on both the mobile app and on a configured landline. There was no messing about having to call a data center then having to relay a call from their in order to show the business number as the caller ID.
Another strong point is that voice’s over charge minutes are cheaper than most of the competitors rates at roughly 3.9 c additional minutes compared to Grasshoppers 6c per minute.

eVoice is known to provide very decent services. However, the extent of its features could be limited if you’ll compare it to larger firms like Ring Central. The call quality of eVoice could be compared to higher-priced services that belongs in this category.

It would truly serve any business well to invest in an online phone system. It would also serve any business to do a little research about eVoice and talk to one of their customer representatives about some options and to sign up for a 30 day free trial. If you are still using an outdated landline service, or are unhappy with your current system, give eVoice a chance and see what millions of happy users are doing to make their online phone service with them.

In the end, I found the eVoice virtual phone system to be an excellent fit for small businesses looking to take their phone system to the next level. With a strong list of features and a competitive pricing structure, you won't find many services whom can match their potential. While their tiered plans aren't able to cater to larger businesses whom need lots of extensions or a large number monthly minutes, I believe the eVoice service will be a great match for most small businesses and fit their budgets nicely.
eVoice is a viable option if you’re looking for a call answering provider that’s inexpensive, reliable and easy to implement. With over a dozen years of experience in the industry and a reputation for honesty and customer satisfaction, eVoice is definitely worth a try for any SMB or small office. Thanks to their 30-day free trial, there’s no risk in giving them a shot. If your experience is anything like that of millions of other eVoice customers, you won’t be disappointed.

For the price, eVoice definitely comes through for small business owners wanting to look big, or at least medium sized. They provide a good service, and we couldn’t find any major complaints from disgruntled former users. In a world where we want value for the dollar, this is one service that won’t do you wrong, and gets our thumbs up.

If you're looking for a virtual telephone service that lets your company adopt the visage of being larger than it is, or simply need a method for better handling inbound and outbound calls, eVoice is an affordable, easy-to-use solution. But eVoice's score suffers from its disappointing lack of any way to import contacts and a few other niggling complaints.

Their simple approach may be too simple for many. This puts them at a distinct disadvantage to their competitors when you consider the price difference. No queuing, no internet faxing, and no call from web.
