eFax provides internet messaging solutions in the United States and internationally. It offers internet faxing and voicemail services that enable its members to send and receive their faxes and voicemail through emails.
The company’s services also include digitized signatures that allow its users to drag and place their signature stamps onto documents as well as send large files such as promotional videos, high resolution images, and sales presentations via email without resulting in blocked or bounced emails.
Founded in 1988 by Rudy Prince and Lon Radin, eFax is an internet fax service that helps individuals and businesses receive and send fax documents in digital format rather than via a traditional paper fax machine. The brand was first known as JetFax and initially sold heat-treated fax machines prominent in the 80s and 90s, but when it changed its name to eFax, it began offering online fax services. Now the brand is operated by j2 Global and offers features like large file sharing, digital signatures, and mobile applications via paid subscription. There is also an eFax app integrated in Microsoft Word 2013. Do you plan on using eFax too? If so, follow these simple steps to obtain a free trial:

Stacy Bennett, on Reviews
EFax is a highly functional online fax service with a clean design and well-integrated capabilities. Prices are a bit high, but easy navigation and quality features may be worth the extra cost.
Kent Dunn , on TopTenReviews
This online fax service may not be the best option for small businesses that send a high volume of faxes every month. However, for small to mid-size businesses, its breadth of features, wide-ranging accessibility and notable ease of use may be worth the slightly higher cost of using eFax.

We have a scanner/printer/fax machine but no dedicated line for faxing. I feel like eFax gives you the features you need without needing to deal with the aggravation of a real fax. And really, who reads the paper? It's nice to have the digital version of the document. Product is fairly priced.
What do you dislike?
The UI can be a bit confusing. I find myself stumbling around trying to figure out how to access documents sent to me periodically.
