We have been using SnapEngage for a few weeks, and it has been going well. The set-up is pretty simple, as you create the profiles for chat agents and the design of the chat using pretty straightforward tools, then the HTML is pasted into place on the pages where live chat desired. The officers know where the visitor is from with some basic information about the region, which can help to determine who the closest dealer or service rep might be, depending on what the visitor is needing. It is also great that the agents can send files and even transfer chats between actors, if necessary.

It is pretty hard to find a good reason to use Live2Support. It does have a lot of features but compared to other providers it feels clunky and outdated. It definitely is not very fun to use; just an example: even accepting a chat request is confusing. You have to click the IP address of the user. Not very intuitive.More about Live2Support

SnapEngage is full featured, or even over featured if there’s such a thing. We appreciate its capabilities which make it one of the top ten best live chat tools in this review.
