Cloudswave Score for Syncplicity

We have had issues in the past with syncing software across all mobile devices. We did a bunch of research for other syncing companies and we went with syncplicity. Since then, we have used this for many other applications, backup of critical documents, syncing across many laptops. This works extremely well in all areas. We have 130 seats and have never had an issue with any of them. We did however have an issue with a cryptolocker virus which syncplicity wasn't able to handle that well. It infected the backup which infected other users of a shared folder. restoring of files and excruciating but since had back a dedicated backup software we were able to use that instead
Pros : Ease of use does what it intends to do speed
Cons : Price could be a little cheaper and restoring from previous dates could be a lot easier.

Syncplicity strives to make cloud storage easier. They offer easy deployment, fast synchronization and real-time editing to help businesses operate more efficiently. They’re friendly for Windows and Mac users and offer affordable cloud storage solutions. Because they offer a risk-free 30-day trial, there is nothing to lose by trying.

Syncplicity stands out from other online file storage and sychronizing services because of its Flash-based Web app and remarkable integration with Google Docs. Its business tools are thin compared to some of those others, but they get the job done.

Syncplicity attempts to push the envelope by extending basic online backup, collaboration and file-synchronization capabilities. Still, it needs more fine-tuning to add to its appeal for business. If its currently uneven set of features meets your needs, by all means give Syncplicity a try. Otherwise, you might want to wait until the next version.

I like Syncplicity. I like it a lot. The more I worked with it, the more I liked it. The folks who make it are former Microsoft employees and that shows in its seamless integration with Windows – yet it also works with Google Docs and other distinctly non-Microsoft services and products. The name is obviously a combination of the words “Synchronization” and Simplicity” and it was well chosen. There is nothing complicated about using this product, either from the user or the administrator point of view – yet it does everything it needs to do; this is a rare case where lack of complexity does not mean lack of capability. I have no qualms about giving it the coveted Gold Award.
With both PC and Mac versions of the desktop client available, Syncplicity is a great cross-platform tool, although the online file browser's reliance on Flash could be seen as a hindrance.
The lack of a mobile client is disappointing, but not a reason to dismiss it.

First impressions of Syncplicity are excellent. It would seem to compete on a strong level with other services, and the addition of support for web application integration is a clincher. I definitely recommend giving the free version a try to see if the new features add value to your workflow.
From Best online file storage
Syncplicity offers a good service, and while their regular membership fee is a tad steep, they do offer a bit of space for free and have some nice extras for business customers. The 30 day trial for commercial clients is pretty impressive if you’re looking for cloud space and syncing services for your company’s data but aren’t yet sure which online storage site is right for you. All in all,Syncplicity is worth at least a test drive. Upload some files using the free trial offer and see for yourself whether Syncplicity is best for you.
