In the overcrowded space of cloud services, there is not much room for new companies offering more of the same thing. There are literally hundreds of services which offer file storage and sharing capabilities, and very few of them have unique features which set them apart from the competition. One would, therefore, think that Jumpshare is just another cloud-based file sharing service. However, it is not just a normal file sharing service - it is one of the fastest ways (if not the fastest) of sharing large files with other users. It is, therefore, the best suited for power users who often need to share large files with other users, and do not concern themselves much with actually keeping files online for use later on.While Jumpshare offers the same functionality as Google Drive, Dropbox and other services, its main selling point is being able to share files with other users very quickly, through an extremely quick workflow. This is accomplished by generating a shareable link as soon as a file is dragged and dropped onto the Jumpshare taskbar icon - i.e. before the file is even uploaded. This hence allows users to share a link to a file before it is even uploaded.Screenshots can also be automatically uploaded and a link shared to the clipboard. Users can then view most files in the browser itself, through an excellent viewer. For users who don't want to download a desktop application, Files can be dragged and dropped on the website too. Finally, triggers are available so as to customise what happens when a file is dragged and dropped into Jumpshare, such as sending the link by email straight away. Jumpshare is not without limits, though - individual files cannot be larger than 250MB within the free plan, unlike Dropbox and Google Drive. Furthermore, the free plan only grants users 2GB of space, which contrasts greatly with services like Box.net.
Dropbox is one of the world's most trusted service when it comes to cloud storage and the service really is worthy of all its praise. The giant multitude of features they offer with their inexpensive packages are ideal for everyone, whether they are a single person who just casually listens to music, or a professional photographer who wants to keep his RAW photos saved up in the cloud or whether a businessman needs all his corporate files protected online and grouped to his staff. There is free version to start with but it only starts with a 2 Gigabyte storage. Moving on,andnbsp; the next package, the one for the pros, is rather tempting with a whole terabyte back at bay and with my personal favorite feature, the timed sharing of files, is here. All this is a real bargain for merely $9.99 and I have the very version on my account. Ooh not to forget, Dropbox conveniently allows enterprises flexible payments according to their needs with the ability to manage the whole building's employee's accounts right from a central computer and share with them any files you want or desire. We can recover files which we lose or we can even remotely wipe out everything from the main server if a device gets stolen.I am a tech savvy and occasionally log onto various services getting the most juice out of them and even with the whole TB maxed out, I managed to get fast and quick responses throughout the site. The swift and effortless movements while navigating through the interface worked like a giffy and not to forget the organized manner in which DropBox is laid out. It really allows maximum utilization from the software.A point to note is that my photos and videos don't seem to have automatically been downgraded as is the case with Google Drive. I absolutely love Dropbox and believe everyone should make the transition from Google drive to over here.
Syncplicity is cloud storage and sharing service in the market. The fact that it is offered by EMC (Enterprise Storage leader) already makes it ahead of few players in the market. Though the basic functionalities are mostly the same, it has a few new features to differentiate itself from rest of the crop. It is mainly designed keeping enterprises in mind. It gives them a way to reliably store and share their files in real time over the cloud. The administrator panel is neatly designed to give a complete control to the IT administrators. One can manage users, set users storage limits and also keeps an eye on what is being accessed via Syncplicity on mobile devices.
The best part is that there is no restriction on the file size that can be uploaded and shared on its platform. Also, unlike Dropbox and a few other players, any folder on the hard drive can be synced through Syncplicity rather than a single dedicated folder. The shared folders can be individually password protected to provide enhanced security. One major benefit is that now IT department does not need to be worried about providing devices to their employees. One can access the data on their personal devices with the IT administrators in complete control of what is being shared, seen and backed up. A backup option is also there for files which are accidentally deleted. A 30 day back up of accidentally deleted files is automatically maintained. Data can be wiped off remotely from the devices whenever there is a need. Mobile apps are also offered by Syncplicity. The files can be accessed and even edited using the mobile app on the go. It used AES-256 encryption to secure the data while it is in transit and also when the data is stored on their servers. The data is backed up on multiple servers across the globe so that data is not lost even when a data center is down.
Syncplicity does not allow you to share folders and files from external hard drives or network drives. The data upload is a bit slow and takes long time especially for big files.
Dropbox has the potential to be the leading file sharing program, if it were a little more secure (has had some trouble with hackers) and a bit faster. The pricing for the software is a bit steep as well, if you are an organization which has and shares larger files.

These days, you can share files using all of the different cloud storage providers like Dropbox and OneDrive, but if all you want is a super easy way to share files with people, Jumpshare might be worth a look.More about Jumpshare

Even though our Dropbox review found this to be one of the best cloud providers available, it still has some work to do when it comes to business services. For individuals or small corporations, it was our top provider. he stability and reliability of this provider was one of the best we found. The number of applications available also separated this service from the others. We highly recommend this cloud provider for your backup needs.More about Dropbox

Syncplicity offers a good service, and while their regular membership fee is a tad steep, they do offer a bit of space for free and have some nice extras for business customers. The 30 day trial for commercial clients is pretty impressive if you’re looking for cloud space and syncing services for your company’s data but aren’t yet sure which online storage site is right for you. All in all,Syncplicity is worth at least a test drive. Upload some files using the free trial offer and see for yourself whether Syncplicity is best for you.More about Syncplicity
