Egnyte is a highly secure file sync and share service meant for enterprises of all sizes. Egnyte offers on-premise, cloud or hybrid deployment solutions that cater to different needs of different organizations. With hybrid or on-premise deployment, the business never has to worry about the security of their data residing on a cloud server.
When it comes to the business files that need to be shared over the Internet, it is important to think about the security. It is also very crucial to ensure the reliability of the service. Nomadesk is the company that provides the file sharing and synchronization services for the small and big companies. There are no tariff plans for the individuals. The companies that are working with Nomadesk may count on files backup, sharing, and synchronizing. The service offers the so-called Nomadesk’s Vaults, which are acting as a computer's hard drive. The user may drag and drop the files into the Vault, and they are encrypted, sent to the Nomadesk Public Cloud and available for the sharing. In the same time, the data can be easily accessed and shared even if it is no internet connection available. Nomadesk also offers the own Theftguard technology. Its purpose is to cache files on the mobile devices. Due to this in the case of lost, the data can be easily wiped from the device remotely. In the same time, the data remains intact on the Nomadesk Public Cloud. There is also Nomadesk HyperDrive feature, which is offered separately. This feature works like Active Directory Support, Virtual Appliance and Encrypted Local Drive. Since Nomadesk works with the large companies the unlimited storage is offered. The users may store as many files as they need in the Nomadesk Public Cloud, even the whole contents of the hard drive. File versioning is supported, e.g. if the file was changed on the local computer, it is possible to retrieve the previous version from the cloud storage. Public Cloud also has Online Trashcam that could be used for retrieving files that have been deleted accidentally.
Secure File Sharing provides a good File Sharing service, to begin to use it you must access the official website https://www.sendthisfile.com and make the free registration, you can also subscribe using access through social networks ( Facebook, Linkedin, Google Plus), once you have registered at the site for the Free account (this allows you to use the product for 15 days as a trial). You will have 50GB encrypted bandwidth, the ability to use Filebox (now let's see what they are), an integrated plugin directly in Outlook, download notifications, sending to multiple recipients file.
-The main strengths of SendThisFile that differentiate it from other competing services, in my opinion, are two: Filebox and Outlook Plugin.
-The Plugin for Outlook requires an installation on your PC, once installed you will have the Tab SendThisFile directly in Outlook, to use it you'll have to obviously connect with your account, once connected you'll just have to send an email containing your attachment, and you can decide if you send it as a standard mail or whether to use the SendThisFile service.
-You can also set security password on the file you are sending, you can decide whether you want to receive a notification when the user has received and downloaded your files, you can monitor the upload progress, and you can decide the maximum number of file downloads sent. A further special feature really useful to SendThisFile is to allow the user to obtain (inegrable into your sites) a FileBox.
-This allows you to have a personalized area, protected by a password if you want it, where a user can upload the files for you, the process is really simple and allows both easier management of file transfer.
-Share the customs area is very simple because once you have created a FileBox from your SendThisFile account provides you a link, this link may be forwarded to the user that you want to click on this, and he will be redirected directly to FileBox.
-Once the user has completed uploading, you will be sent an email that warns you of the new available files, in the email we will have of course the link for the uploaded file.
Cons : -The usability by the site is not very attractive.

SendThisFile lets you send files with no size limit via email for free, while paid accounts offer many amenities and can be used to send and receive large files in a branded manner through a web site, for example. All accounts do have a six day pick-up time limit, though, and SendThisFile does incorporate secure transfer and storage, but no virus scanning.More about SendThisFile
