Cloudswave Score for Egnyte
Rating based on 25 Critic Reviews
Egnyte offers a good service for enterprise users. The service is easy to use and provides informative reports to allow administrations to make the most of all information provided.
Overall, Egnyte’s features are good, but are business-centric. There is very little for the private user to find enjoyable in the business-class styling and options of the service. Although any file types can be uploaded, if you wish to store and listen to music, a separate app or program would be required to play back the files. However, for those users who are looking for a great way to organize files among many users, Egnyte is a contender.

Egnyte Use Cases and Deployment ScopeIt was being used by a department, it address the problem of mobility - as there were people who were in different locations. Egnyte was great to use for everyone, I loved it.
Pros : The key strengths (especially for a business structure like ours) was the ease of file sharingCompatibility with programsEase of use, after using it for a week when I first started - it was very simple to learn.
Cons : I think that the design aspect of Egnyte could be improved, granted I haven't used it in a while, but when I used it - the design/portal was a little archaic - it could probably use a face-lift.
