DocuSign Use Cases and Deployment ScopeDocuSign is used for various workflows by several departments. We mainly use DocuSign to receive and send electronic RESPA documents to our mortgage borrowers to make the process easier. We also use DocuSign in-house and send expense reports, authorization forms and employee applications. Using DocuSign makes it easier to track and see outstanding documentation that needs to be addressed.
Pros : DocuSign's legal team keeps up with the trends in the finance industry so we are in compliance.Enterprise support offers quick customer service for any troubleshooting issues. The website offers easily laid out how to guides at hand.
Cons : The only issue I had in past with DocuSign was matching templates but they resolved this issue for us recently.

DocuSign Use Cases and Deployment ScopeWe use DocuSign on a daily basis to sign 1-50 pages of documents. It saves all parties in the cost of paper and toner and is way more efficient than having to mail documents through snail mail back and forth. It also keeps the quality of our documents clear and readable versus the old way of faxing back and forth, which often times would have been faxed four different times, leaving all documents barely readable.
Pros : Easy drag and drop.Find people and emails of people already in the system.Quick and easy upload.
Cons : Template matching for real estate documents is horrible. Can't be used. Boxes checked by consumer, print way out of area given for the mark.An autosave feature would be nice. On the rare occasion after having dragged and dropped signatures and dates, the system shuts you out. Leaving you to have to restart all over again. Can be very frustrating if you have 30-40 pages to get through.

DocuSign ProsI feel that DocuSign truly is "the fastest way to get a signature". You can send documents out for signature from your desktop computer, laptop, tablet or mobile phone within seconds.DocuSign is a great tracking tool for companies. It is particularly helpful to my company because it alleviates the need to print and scan documents onto a drive somewhere. It tracks every move that's made from initiation of the document, to each signature placed onto the paperwork and all the way up to completion or rejection by the recipient(s).I have had a few questions regarding general use of the product since we purchased the program about a year ago. Reaching out to DocuSign's customer service team has proved to be a positive and effective experience. I found it very helpful that they will actually utilize a GoTo Meeting to assist you with any issue, even if it's something very simple that you are having trouble with.

We use Docusign for the circulation of documents that require signatures from our Board level staff. They frequently travel so Docusign has taken the pain away of chasing paper and in some cases incurring courier costs. The system is incredibly easy to use and works very well on mobile devices (we use a split of iOS and android). We are also planning an integration with our contract management system to allow an automated flow of documents from docusign into our contract management systems once signature has been completed.
Pros : Incredibly easy to use Works on mobile devices End users can understand the system and adopt it quickly Cut costs on paper and courier fees
DocuSign has a great deal of potential for those that need several documents signed per month. However, the limitations for a paid subscription may not be worth the investment. As you are only able to have five documents sent per month, many alternatives offer free solutions that don't have such restrictions. The interface is clean and professional and some of the features have a great deal of potential to keep your organization looking professional as well.
