  • Want to Really Understand How Your Customers Are Using Your Product? - Try Woopra!

    Woopra Use Cases and Deployment ScopeWe have been designing and building a new B2B SaaS product for about a year now.  We have recently entered the Beta Testing phase and I needed a product that would answer one fundamental question...."Do we have the product right?   Is it working for our customers".    So I didn't want a high level analytics tool.... I wanted a tool that let me look into the "black box" of our application and understand how well it was working, and how customers were using it.

    Pros : Love the interactive nature of Woopra. When you come up with a question, you can query Woopra and it will give you answers in seconds.Love the retrospective nature of its labels.... Define a specific segment of your customer base, and Woopra will highlight them. With other systems I've had to define the segments up front.Love the ability to define triggers and alerts and have Woopra notify me when certain conditions are met.... whether it's a new VIP customer that has just signed up, or a pro

    Cons : Being able to adjust little things on the reports (like column width) would improve the experience, however so far Woopra have been great in reacting to feedback.Their new customizable dashboard could be improved in terms of layout and customization.

    LOVE Woopra!

    Woopra Use Cases and Deployment ScopeNot only is Woopra an amazing product, but their customer service is outstanding. It's clear that they truly care about their clients needs and will do whatever it takes to make sure they're met. I'm very glad to have randomly stumbled upon this product 5 years ago. 

    Pros : ProductCustomer ServiceCommunication.

    Cons : The app could be slightly better. Sometimes it freezes when I try to open it.

    Woopra Use Cases and Deployment ScopeDot & Bo has tested many other analytics packages in the market and I feel that Woopra is the most advanced and flexible advanced analytics platform for our needs.  A lot of great features are available for the novice to the most advanced users in our organization.  Amazingly knowledgeable support who are responsive to our needs. I would highly recommend Woopra.

  • Woopra: A Must have tool for Small Businesses

    What do you like best?

    We use various Internet Marketing methods like SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, SMM etc. at our company to get business leads and Woopra has evolved as the most important tool for us to identify how a business lead has converted for us. We also use Woopra to analyze conversion funnels and try to optimize the conversions.

    Woopra can also be used to interact live with a prospective customer, when he/she is browsing the site.

    Woopra can be used to draw Campaign Level reports and understand how a certain campaign has faired and the ROI.

    Recently, we have started using Woopra to understand how our offline leads are coming and converting

    What do you dislike?

    There is nothing to dislike as such, but when I want a broader view of Web Analytics, I trust Google Analytics more.

    Also, in slower internet conditions, Woopra gets disconnected sometimes.

    Recommendations to others considering the product

    We were one of the early adopters of Woopra, we got the membership at a very good price. They have been rolling out a lot of new features in regular intervals, which is very nice.

    What business problems are you solving? What benefits have you realized?

    - Before Woopra, We only could know that we got x number of leads from Adwords and y Number of leads from Bing Ads etc. After using Woopra, we can know specifically which all leads have come from which medium. We also get to know once a person lands on any pages or our site, which all pages he/she visited, how he/she interacted with our pages and how they converted or from which pages they exited. In the process, we could find out which pages are loved by the customers and which pages have high bounce rates and exit rates. So we work on to improve the pages continuously.

    My first realtime analytics solution

    What do you like best?

    I started using Woopra during its beta testing stage and I was very excited about the product as it was the first Analytics platform to give real time visitor insights and engagement opportunity of all tools that was around during that time. Over the course of time, it changed a lot in such a way that I can't stop using the tool. I really love this tool and continue using it.

    What do you dislike?

    I had issues with 3rd party integration, however that was just because of the plugin I used, otherwise all good.

    Real time customer actions, user profiling

  • Woopra is pretty powerful software, and for a price that’s not much more than some live-chat-only solutions you get all the slick analytics stuff included. If you’re feeling like your website could be doing a better job of turning visitors into buyers, there’s no question that their live user experience data will help.

  • In the world of small business web analytics, which is becoming more crowded as time goes on, it’s nice to find a tracking software that has a really unique feel to it.

    Woopra is one such piece of Software (as a Service).

    So go try it out. It’s easy to set up (there’s even WordPress and Joomla plug ins). If you’re not using analytics currently, you should be. And if you are, this is a great software to add to your toolbox.

  • I would say this is a great complement to Google Analytics. The real-time stats are amazing, if not a tad geeky. I find myself stairing at them getting excited when I have a few people on my blog at one time. However, it isn’t a full on replacment for your other analytics programs so I would plan on using more than one.

    I recommend testing this out and playing around with it. It’s a great way to see how many people are on your blog at any given time.

  • Woopra has the potential to be a truly great stats system if not just for the WordPress plugin interface. Currently, I find many of the features to be little more than gimmicks that are meant to grab attention, but I do believe that some valuable purpose for these gimmicky tools could be found for a small group of Woopra users despite this.
